Recently they have taken an interest in diabetes awareness after their oldest son’s Type 1 diabetes diagnosis. Staying healthy is paramount and Dr. Baines carries that into her dental practice as well. Keeping her patients in tip top oral health is beneficial for mouth-body connection.

Les has been a dental assitant for many years, she loves her job! There are no worries if you aren’t in a good mood when you get to the dental office . . . her super smile and awesome attitude is sure to brighten your day! Les is the supplies and maintenance coordinator at Baines Dental Wellness in addition to her dental assisting duties. When she is away from the office she loves traveling to Florida with her husband, visiting with her sisters and cheering on her favorite baseball players.

Ann is a meticulous hygienist. She will help find what works best for you to maintain optimal oral health. If there is a new technology, theory or alternative option to improve treatment for a patient, she knows about it. With Ann’s extraordinary care, Baines Dental Wellness is able to deliver comprehensive care to each and every patient. “We deliver high quality, individualized care to everyone. I enjoy keeping my patients informed of the best techniques and products to take of their mouths. I have also enjoyed the patient relationships that have developed over the years. Everyone has their own unique story and I love to help in any way that I can!” Ann comes from a family of eleven children. She loves to travel and visit them in Virginia, Atlanta, Alabama, New Mexico, Colorado and California. Ireland is on her bucket list of travel destinations. Ann has three wonderful children and welcomed her 1st grandchild last December! When she is not working, the local hygienists count on her to organize educational courses in our region.

Mary is one of our hygienists, her smile is contagious so watch out! Mary worked in the orthodontic field for many years before she was a hygienist. Her extensive dental knowledge allows her to help patients stay informed and healthy. She enjoys performing thorough cleanings and dental records. Mary and her husband Tyler love to visit with their families and especially love babysitting their nieces! They are head over heels in love with their first born baby girl who was just born in October.

Natalie comes with 11 years of dental experience. As our Treatment Coordinator, Natalie takes great pride in helping patients reach their goals of stable health. She and her husband have two beautiful children whom have been blessed with autism. Her youngest, Roslyn, graced the Hope Style Show runway like the true diva that she is! Natalie’s son Quinn is an apprentice at Hair of the Dog Bar/Ber Shop. In 2018, Natalie was inducted as a Hope Ambassador. She has served on the Autism Society Board in the past and has a great passion for inclusion. She enjoys working out, wine tasting, and laughing too loud. Her family motto is, “Celebrate every tiny Victory.”
